In addition to my clinical and academic work, I partner with organizations to provide leadership coaching, team development, and consulting services. This work is done in collaboration with Laurie Craigen and focuses on strengthening communication, leadership effectiveness, and overall organizational functioning.

Approach

Our consulting work is grounded in practical, real-world application. In addition to coaching and workshops, we have supported organizations through structured cultural assessments and individual employee interviews to better understand team dynamics, communication patterns, and areas for growth.

This process allows organizations to receive direct, meaningful feedback that can inform leadership decisions, strengthen team functioning, and support long-term development.

This work is distinct from clinical services and is focused on professional development and organizational effectiveness. Coaching is not therapy and does not involve diagnosis or treatment.

Services are typically structured through organizational contracts and may include individual sessions, team sessions, and on-site or virtual engagements.
